Job Description

We are looking for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range : $53.00-$61.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social communication needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique goals.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings.
• Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and IDEA compliance standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews.
• Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments.

Required Qualifications :

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).
• Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) School-Based Speech and Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
