The Surgery Center RN Manager will report to a Surgery Center Administrator or Director of Perioperative Services with strong dyad support from physician leaders, while overseeing day-to-day Operating Room operations. Staffing and scheduling, accreditation and regulatory readiness, infection prevention, quality metrics, physician and APP collaboration, supply chain stewardship, budget awareness, clinical education, and continuous process improvement. Alongside friendly nurses and a diverse, inter-professional team that includes anesthesia, sterile processing, peri-operative educators, pharmacy, case management, and therapy colleagues.
