Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to lead enterprise-wide supply chain transformation initiatives, digital manufacturing programs, and planning optimization.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain planning, ERP implementations, manufacturing operations, Lean methodologies, and cross-functional program leadership.
- This role requires driving end-to-end supply chain excellence through process innovation, digital technologies, and stakeholder collaboration across global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global supply chain transformation programs focused on planning, manufacturing, ERP modernization, and digitalization.
- Design and implement advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solutions such as Kinaxis and PlanetTogether to improve production scheduling, OTIF, and operational efficiency.
- Drive ERP implementation and upgrades (Oracle R12, SAP) including business requirements, process design, gap analysis, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Develop supply chain analytics using Power BI, Power Automate, and data visualization tools to improve operational performance and master data quality.
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing planning, master scheduling, MRP execution, inventory optimization, and production planning activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Procurement, Engineering, and Commercial organizations to deliver strategic business initiatives.
- Execute post-merger supply chain integrations including process harmonization, data migration, supplier alignment, BOM integration, and organizational onboarding.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational performance.
- Lead S&OP planning activities by aligning demand, supply, inventory, and manufacturing capacity with business objectives.
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies, Kanban systems, Re-Order Point planning, and Just-in-Time manufacturing processes.
- Manage program budgets, project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Mentor and develop supply chain professionals while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- 15 20+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain Transformation.
- 10+ years of proven experience leading global digital transformation and ERP implementation programs.
