Job Description

Delivery Driver – $24.75/hr + Guaranteed 10 Hours (4-Day Work Week)

We’re hiring delivery drivers to join our team delivering packages throughout the Twin Cities. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role using a company-provided van.

Pay & Schedule

• $24.75/hour
• Guaranteed 10 hours of pay every shift
• 4 days per week (full-time)
• Weekly pay
• Start time around 9:40 AM
• Must work at least one weekend day

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 160–250+ packages per day
• Drive a company cargo van (no CDL required)
• Use GPS and a company phone to complete routes
• Work independently and stay on pace throughout the day
• Stay active (frequent stops, getting in/out of the van)

Physical Requirements (Important)

• Be on your feet and moving for most of your 10-hour shift
• Get in and out of the van 200+ times per day
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly
• Walk long distances, including stairs and uneven surfaces
• Work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, cold)

This is an active, fast-paced job,  not a sitting or light-duty role.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening (no THC testing)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and on time for scheduled shifts
• Comfortable working independently and staying on pace
• Able to work at least one weekend day
