Positions Available
Drillers
Drillers are responsible for operating and managing drilling equipment, following safety protocols, and supervising the drilling crew during daily operations.
Floor Hands
Floor Hands assist with the setup, maintenance, and operation of drilling rigs. Responsibilities include handling drilling tools, keeping the rig clean and organized, assisting the crew, and helping maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements
Clean driving record - 5 years DMV record required
Previous drilling industry experience preferred
Experience is not required for Floor Hand positions, but a strong work ethic is a must
Ability to work in physically demanding and outdoor environments
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
Must be dependable, motivated, and ready to work
