We currently rank #25 on the Top 50 Electrical Contractors Listing published by Engineering News Record in October 2024 and have ranked #1 among electrical contractors in New England for four consecutive years. We are looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our expanding team in Holliston, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze bid documents and participate in pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project scope.
• Execute precise takeoffs and quantity estimates with attention to detail.
• Develop comprehensive and well-structured project estimates.
• Foster positive communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.

Must Haves:

• Proven track record within a minimum of 5 years in Electrical estimation.
• Background in electrical field (field experience and electrical license strongly desired).
• Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with relevant estimating software (Bluebeam, Conest, etc.)
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices and methods.
