Emergency Response Travel TeamYOUR MISSIONAs an Emergency Response Team Agent you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism ensuring the safety of personnel property and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible reassuring security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional customer Response: Act as a first responder to security threats including active shooter scenarios within the clients office Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks cameras access control systems to ensure operational Reporting: Produce detailed timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations including advanced walkthroughs secure transportation and body Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access photography and sensitive areas with professionalism and Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies prioritizing the safety of executives staff and Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective You Bring:Experience: Executive Protection Emergency Response Teams (ERT) Protective Security Detail (PSD) or Residential Security Teams (RST)Preferred Qualifications:Prior military law enforcement or ERT experiencePrior SOF SWAT or Extensive EP experience5 - 10 years in Executive Protection/Corporate SecuritySpecialized training in crisis management emergency medicine or incident responseLEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit as well as DC CCWBasic Life Support (AHA); CPR certificationEMT license strongly considered but not requiredFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies Tools and ProcessesCertifications & Credentials:Valid DC Guard Card Exposed Firearm Permit REQUIRED (SPO Licence)LEOSA/HR218 and DC CCWU.S. Passport & Drivers LicenseHigh School Diploma or GEDCompletion of Executive Protection preferredAbiltity to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
