FedEx Personal Delivery Driver

Part-Time | 50-80 stops daily | Georgetown, KY

Pay Structure Examples: 

$16.50/hr. + $0.50 per delivered stop 

• 5 stops per hour: ($16.50 base + $2.50 stop incentive) $19.00/hr
• 15 stops per hour: ($16.50 base + $7.50 stop incentive) $24.00/hr
• 27 stops per hour: ($16.50 base + $13.50 stop incentive) $30.00/hr

Position Summary

Big Inc Contracting is hiring a Part-Time Delivery Driver in Georgetown, Kentucky! Use your own vehicle to deliver FedEx packages locally, 50–80 stops per day, generally 9 AM–2 PM, earning per delivery plus hourly pay. No commercial experience needed (ride-share or delivery apps a plus). We want reliable, organized drivers who take pride in independent, top-notch service. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, clean criminal and driving record, and able to pass required screenings.  Delivery or driving experience preferred.

Objectives: 

• Safely operate the delivery vehicle and follow all company and DOT guidelines.
• Complete assigned residential and business deliveries and pickups accurately and on time.
• Inspect, load, and organize the vehicle each day for an efficient route.
• Use scanning equipment to properly track and document all packages.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain clear communication with management and team members.

Competencies:

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass background check, and pre-employment drug screening (subject to random testing).
• Clean criminal & driving record (no felonies).
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared for each scheduled shift.
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, results-driven work ethic.
• No Commercial driving experience necessary.

Physical Requirements: 

• Drive and navigate local routes safely
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Get in and out of your vehicle, walk driveways and stairs
• Bend, reach, and handle packages throughout the day
• Work safely in all weather conditions

Vehicle Requirements:

• Vehicle model year must be 2012 or newer
• Vehicle must be in good condition (no damage, rust, stickers, or decals)
• Vehicle must be registered to you
• Vehicle must have proof of insurance (You will be responsible for maintaining state minimum level insurance coverage on your vehicle. You may need to contact your insurance carrier and get supplemental insurance).
