  • Francophone cultures and geography (France and other French-speaking regions)
  • Cultural connections through music, art, traditions, and food (site-appropriate exploration)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 10-session course with clear objectives and engaging, interactive instruction

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment aligned with site policies and expectations
  • Communicate professionally with site staff and Concorde program contacts regarding attendance and session completion tracking

  • Support students in completing a culminating artifact demonstrating language growth and cultural learning

Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum of 60 college credits (or Associate degree in progress/completed)
  • Proficiency in French sufficient to teach foundational language skills and model pronunciation
  • Experience working with school-age students in structured settings (school, camp, after-school, tutoring, youth programs)
