Hospice State Tested Nursing Assistant Salary: $20-23/hr BOE Schedule: Full-Time M-F Shift details: 7 AM-3:30 PM Location: Blue Ash, Ohio (surrounding area) Requirements of the CNA role: * Licensed Nursing Assistant in state of practice (STNA) * BLS Certified * Prior experience working in an AL/LTC/SNF facility or Home Health REQUIRED * Enjoy working with Senior Citizens, Positive Attitude, Professional,Responsible & Dependable * Must be willing to TRAVEL * Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage with reliable transportation * Hospice experience preferred About the Certified Nursing Assistant role: * Provide compassionate, patient-centered personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding in accordance with the hospice aide plan of care. * Travel to patients’ residences, including private homes and facility settings, to deliver hospice services in a respectful and professional manner. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families, including spending quality companionship time to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life. * Provide bedside vigil support as needed during end-of-life care, ensuring patient comfort and presence during critical moments. * Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, positioning, and range of motion exercises as documented in the hospice aide plan of care. * Safely use and assist patients with durable medical equipment (DME) such as walkers, wheelchairs, hospital beds, and lifts. * Observe and report changes in the patient’s physical condition, emotional status, or home environment to the case manager or supervising nurse. * Accurately document care provided in accordance with Care 360 Hospice policies and procedures. * Foster a cooperative team environment by understanding the roles of interdisciplinary team members and actively participating in team meetings and staff conferences. * Provide support and education to family members and caregivers within the scope of the CNA role. * Participate in required on-site monthly educational meetings and ongoing training to maintain competency and compliance. * All other duties as assigned Why work with Care 360 Hospice: * Medical, dental, and vision health Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) Matching * Life Insurance * Growth opportunities
