Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is ready to provide high-quality therapy in a remote care setting. This position allows you to work with clients from the comfort of a private home office while still making a strong clinical impact each day.

The LCPC will provide virtual counseling, complete assessments, guide clients through treatment goals, and help individuals manage mental health concerns that affect daily life, relationships, work, and overall wellbeing. This is a full-time role for a clinician who is organized, clinically confident, and comfortable building rapport through telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments
• Review client concerns, symptoms, history, and goals during intake and ongoing sessions
• Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and clinical presentation
• Provide counseling for issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, and adjustment concerns
• Track progress and adjust treatment goals as clinically appropriate
• Complete progress notes and required records within expected timeframes
• Use secure technology to protect client privacy during all virtual sessions
• Refer clients to additional services when their needs fall outside the scope of outpatient telehealth care
• Participate in clinical communication as needed for continuity of care
• Follow professional, legal, and ethical standards for counseling in Maryland

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
• Previous experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical ethics, and state counseling regulations
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
