Daily responsibilities include rounding and safety huddles, monitoring KPIs (on-time starts, cancellations, infection rates, patient satisfaction), enforcing evidence-based protocols, managing supplies and vendor relationships, maintaining accurate EMR documentation and charge capture, and driving compliance with AAAHC/Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and infection prevention standards. The manager partners on case review and performance improvement, resolves escalations, supports patient education and informed consent, leads incident reporting and root-cause analysis, and manages budgeting, inventory, and policy updates to advance clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience within the ASC setting.

What's Needed to Succeed:

  • Degree from an accredited school of Nursing
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of New York or ability to obtain upon hire
