Monarch Investment is seeking a Painter to join our team at our Wexford Village at Devonshire Apartmentsin Scott Depot, WV. We believe that each team member contributes directly to the success of our company. Monarch Investment believes that our teams are what set us apart from our competition. We strive to be above industry standards in everything we do.Location:Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
• Painting both interior and exterior applications
• Drywall repair
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Cleaning of public access and interior areas
• Upkeep with property tidiness and curb appeal
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
