We need a BIG personality who is proactive and speaks up! The Role Maintain and optimize a massive fleet of 1,500 3D printers producing sustainable, on-demand footwear. Fix & Maintain: Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on 3D printers, post-processing gear, and facility systems. Troubleshoot: Rapidly resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic software malfunctions. Build SOPs: Don't just follow the rules—help us write, document, and refine our Standard Operating Procedures as we scale. Collaborate: Work closely with engineering and production to test new equipment and keep uptime flawless. Who You Are Proactive & Vocal: You don't wait for orders. You spot issues, speak up with solutions, and take action. Hands-On Grit: Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (3D printing experience is a plus). High Energy: You love being on your feet, moving around, and working in a fast-paced environment.
salary: $21 - $23 per hour

The essential functions of this role include:
- standing for 12 hours at one time
- working weekends
