Job Description

Salary: $70,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education
• Over 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in React Native development
• At least 6 years of overall experience in mobile application front-end development across native and cross-platform technologies
• A minimum of 4 years in cross-platform mobile application development using React Native for both iOS and Android
• Expertise in React Native components, libraries, SDKs, framework upgrades, debugging, routing, and native modules
• Ability to outline cross-platform mobile app solution alternatives and assess effort, risk, and technical feasibility
• Experience with mobile application design, packaging, and deployment
• Familiarity with mobile app performance testing, tools, and security
• Proficient in integrating complex mobile frontend with back-end APIs and microservices
• Experience collaborating on teams with DevOps responsibilities
• Skilled in conducting peer technical code reviews and pair programming
• Proficient with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and issue tracking (e.g., Jira)
• Capable of leading teams and assuming overall responsibility for deliverables
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Experience leading onsite and offshore teams
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with a solid track record of achieving challenging goals despite ambiguity and competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-related
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Design detailed artifacts such as program specifications and test plans
• Independently develop and review code to ensure high-quality output
• Contribute to the go-live deployment plans for various projects
• Collaborate with top-tier talent to innovate and develop effective solutions for client needs
• Engage in a culture of learning, promoting teamwork and collective success
• Participate in peer technical code reviews and pair programming sessions
• Lead the team, ensuring accountability for all delivered work
