RN Outpatient Surgery (OR) Location: Abilene, TX Contract Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 Days Pay: $2,500/week Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Outpatient Surgery nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in an ambulatory surgery center setting. This position focuses on circulating and supporting a variety of outpatient surgical procedures. No call, weekends, or holidays are required. Candidates must have recent outpatient OR experience and strong service line skills. Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care in an outpatient surgery setting
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery, ortho, and plastics
• Assist with laparoscopic, endoscopic, and pediatric procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical safety standards
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical teams
• Ensure accurate surgical documentation
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years outpatient OR experience required
• Ambulatory surgery experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Service line experience required
• Altera charting experience preferred
• Must meet local radius requirement
• Must comply with mandatory onsite drug screening policy
