Job Description

**Job Summary:**
Humano is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate to join our team. The role involves operating an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists. This individual will receive a count list each day and escalate any issues to the Inventory Control team for support. The position requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and a strong attention to detail.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is a must
- Ability to operate an Order Picker (OP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists
- Work with the Inventory Control team to escalate and resolve any inventory issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documents
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Work Schedule:**
This is a Monday-Friday first shift position, approximately 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and able to adhere to the schedule.

**Compensation:**
Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
