Shift Time: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Description:

• Publish content updates and make edits in WordPress to support the evolution and maintenance of the Client Site.
• Manage and coordinate the Client's blog editorial calendar with contract writers; take ownership of selecting images and publishing all blogs.
• Optimize new and existing content by implementing: Keywords throughout content, H1/H2 headers, Title tags, Meta descriptions, URL slugs, Internal linking and Image optimization (file names & alt tags)
• Manage and coordinate the localization process with the Content team to ensure alignment across core languages: EN-US, EN-GB, DE, FR.
• Maintain effective information architecture and SEO/tagging best practices.
• Assist in both technical and non-technical SEO tasks to maximize organic visibility.
• Manage keyword rankings across blog content, including recommending and implementing changes to: Content, Metadata, Internal linking, and Other SEO factors
• Track, analyze, and monitor blog performance, reporting on: Traffic growth, Engagement, Conversions to leads, MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads)
• Support the Sr. Web Marketing Manager in managing keyword rankings and achieving strategic KPIs.
• Use Google Analytics to monitor web performance.
• Monitor trends, fluctuations, and functionality issues; provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan and execute A/B testing using VWO (Visual Website Optimizer).
• Deliverables: Pieces of collateral, frameworks built, etc.
