STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
● Accepts responsibility for implementing the Mission of the YWCA.
● Responsible for assisting the Mental Health Clinician in therapeutic services.
● Supervision over health, welfare, and safety of the program participants.
● Acts as a mandated reporter for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the children.
● Assists in gathering materials and resources needed for group sessions.
● Send appointment reminders to clients about upcoming appointments.
● Tracks demographics, attendance, and no-shows.
● Maintain confidentiality according to HIPPA laws.
● Help keep program statistics and other records as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum Associate degree or 2 years of relative work experience.
● Clinical interest in working with children/adolescents is required.
● Data management experience
● Communication skills.
● Basic organization skills.
● Experience working with children and adults with mental health disorders
● Attends and participates in meetings, conferences, and trainings as required
POSITION STATUS :
PART TIME/NON-EXEMPT
Monday through Friday
10 hours per week/Flexible
Must be available for occasional evening shifts.
$18.00 - $20.00 an hour
Employees are required to maintain a professional appearance in both attire and character, and respect all YWCA policies, as outlined in the volunteer personnel handbook, including computer policies and codes of ethics and confidentiality.
