This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk / Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems while working independently in a remote environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
  
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct discrepancies
  
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  
• Process forms, applications, and documents
  
• Organize and maintain digital files and records
  
• Respond to internal or external data-related inquiries
  
• Generate reports as needed
  
• Follow company procedures for data privacy and confidentiality
  
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related role
  
• Strong typing skills (typically 40–60+ WPM) with high accuracy
  
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
    
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
    
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Basic knowledge of data management systems (CRM/ERP is a plus)
