**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers / Unloaders to join our team at Humano. This position involves various warehouse duties such as unloading, receiving, loading, palletizing, and general warehouse work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center.in Solon, OH

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
- Strong work ethic and a team player

**Responsibilities:**
- Unloading trucks and loading trailers in a timely and efficient manner
- Picking warehouse orders accurately
- Keeping the dock clean and maintaining warehouse safety standards
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals

**Additional Information: *
- Job Type: Full-time

-Shift 1st 6:00am-2:30pm with mandatory overtime. Monday to Friday

- Shift: 2nd 12:00pm -8:00pm with mandatory overtime. Monday to Friday

- Pay: Based on weekly productivity metrics laid out by the client. While you'll never earn less than $18/hour, we expect the average associate to be earning in the $22-$26/hour range
